Welcome to Foot Matters

I am Paul Hughes and I am a fully insured and qualified Foot Health Practitioner (MAFHP). I am also a member of the Open College of Foot Health Professionals (MCFHP). I started Foot Matters to address a need for those people who wanted both a domiciliary and a clinic based service.

Foot Matters is now firmly established within the premises of Peter Milburn Chemist 113 Lanehouse Road, Thornaby. This location is ideal because it is at the centre of a thriving community and there is easy access by local transport.

I offer a service which encompasses all aspects of Foot Health.

• Nail maintenance.
• Ingrown nail removal.
• Hard skin removal.
• Corn removal.
• Monitoring the diabetic foot.
• Verruca treatment using acids or cryosurgery.
• Foot and arch pain.
• Fungal nail treatment
• I also provide a soothing foot massage at end of all treatments.
  

Please note - All treatments are carried out using *aseptic* techniques.

(* Processes whereby all risks of cross infection are reduced to as near zero as possible within a clinical environment utilising, swabbing of the skin with antiseptic, spraying /cleaning surfaces etc.)
